These Mortal Cities are a 3 piece indie rock band from the Peak District in Derbyshire. They met in the sandpit at nursery school but in 2004 they swopped their spades for guitars and have written dozens of songs and played many gigs since then.

2011 has been a busy year for them,  playing YNOT and IAS festivals and other gigs in Derbyshire and Manchester. After recording 3 songs earlier in the year one of which has been downloaded over 2,000 times! Sound-Hub sparked interest in the young band, as they are writing and producing songs way beyond their years.. With catchy hooks and singalong choruses you cannot help but love these guys!

They are currenty working out of Sound-Hub Staffordshire recording their debut Single which is due out on Sound-Hub records April 2012.
